Fees & Payments

We contract with most managed care plans. Please become familiar with your specific plan and its requirements. It is important to know whether or not your insurance reimburses for immunizations or if immunization fees are applied to a deductible. If you use one of our contracted plans, we will directly bill your insurance.

We are not responsible for determining your insurance coverage for services. Prior to your child's appointment, please contact your insurance company directly with any questions about your coverage.

If we do not have a contract with your insurance carrier, we ask that you pay for care at the time of service. You will receive a detailed statement that can be filed with your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Your co-payment and any out of pocket expenses are expected at the time of your visit.
